The 4–5 November hearing concerns freedom of expression and assembly. Permission did not extend to the separate government-policy ground.

The UK Supreme Court has listed Huda Ammori’s appeal over the proscription of Palestine Action for 4–5 November 2026. Its official page lists written arguments dated 2 November; their appearance is a procedural development, not a judgment.

The case summary describes different lower-court outcomes over the Home Secretary’s decision. On 29 July the Supreme Court granted permission only on compatibility with articles 10 and 11 of the European Convention on Human Rights. It refused permission on the separate interpretation and application of the Home Secretary’s policy.

The appeal remains pending. The court says the afternoon session on 5 November will be closed to the public and will not be livestreamed. Hearing arrangements remain subject to change.
