The distinctions matter more than a general announcement of tax relief. This report records the parliamentary stage and stated scope; it does not confirm the final statutory language, implementing orders, an individual entitlement or a currently applicable deadline.
Historical parliamentary development reported by JIS and rechecked at the source. This report does not verify the final Act, assent, commencement, subsequent amendments or present obligations; the named stage is not a statement that the proposal remains at that stage today.
